Basics About ClaytoClay
What is ClaytoClay.com?
ClaytoClay is a marketplace dedicated to unique handmade clay and pottery creations, showcasing authentic works crafted by talented artisans.
Where does ClaytoClay get its products?
We carefully handpick artists whose work reflects authenticity, originality, and exceptional craftsmanship. Every piece on ClaytoClay is selected based on its artistic quality and uniqueness.
Do you accept returns?
Since every item is a one-of-a-kind handmade artwork, all sales are generally final. However, if your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.
Handmade pottery is delicate, and unfortunately damaged pieces cannot usually be restored. We make every effort to accurately represent each product through detailed photography, and we'll gladly review any issues with damaged deliveries for a replacement or refund where applicable.
Can I contact you before making a purchase?
Absolutely! We encourage you to ask questions before purchasing. If you'd like additional photos, different viewing angles, or more information about a product, simply contact us using our Contact Us page.
What if a product I like has already been sold?
If a product has already been sold, add it to your wishlist or contact us through our Contact Us page.
We may be able to work with the original artist to create a similar piece. Since every item is handmade rather than mold-produced, each creation remains completely unique.
Do you offer custom commissions or consignments?
Yes. We do accept consignments and custom projects, although these involve a longer collaboration with the artist. You can specify preferences such as size or style, while the final piece will always remain a unique handmade creation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I sell my handmade pottery on ClaytoClay?
Yes! If you're interested in selling your handmade pottery through ClaytoClay, we'd love to hear from you. Please contact us using our Contact Us page with details about your work.
