ClaytoClay is a website dedicated to handmade clay objects. 

Where does claytoclay gets its products?

We handpick artists to create masterpieces for claytoclay.com. We pick our artists and their products on basis of authenticity and originality of their work. 

Do you accept returns?

These products are one of a kind handmade art pieces and sales are usually final. We don't expect the patrons to return the product, but we love our patrons and in certain cases we take the product back or issue refund when the product is damaged in transit. A damaged handmade product is a heartbreaking event since it is practically impossible to restore it. Every effort is made to portray the product in its truest form through enhance photography. If for some reason you didn't receive the product in the condition depicted, please contact us immediately.

How can I contact before purchase? 

We encourage our benefactors to inquire and get more information prior to purchase in case they want to see a different angle or more information about the product. You can also use contact us form for any questions.

What if I like a product but it is already sold?

If you are interested in a product that is already sold, please add it to your wishlist. You can also contact us through the contact us page. We can work with the artists to make something similar but it will still be unique. Since these are not mold based products, each new incarnation of existing product is unique.

Do you do consignment?

We can do consignments, but those are longer engagement with the artist. Even with consignments only styles and sizes can be specified. Each product thereafter is a unique handmade product.

What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and paypal
